Refund Policy
1.) According to the Donation Refund Policy, if a mistake occurred, a donor may request a refund of their donation within three days of the donation being made.
2.) Donors can request a refund by sending an email to shikshafoundationofindia@gmail.com with the subject "Donation Refund." You should include your name, mobile number, the mode of donation, the date of the donation, and your payment ID. You should also include the donation receipt that you want returned.
3.) If the concerned team determines that the reason is legitimate, the reimbursement will be started within 7 working days.
4.) The convenience fee, payment gateway fees, and GST will be subtracted from the refund amount.
5.) After the refund time expires, no refund claims will be considered.
